Exchanges on only clothes is available.

In the event that an item comes damaged or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving item. Please email us with your order number and images of the item at customercaretruebeau@gmail.com and we will be glad to help with any issues. Keep in mind exchanges will be processed in the form of a store credit. 

Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully packs every order to ensure you receive your order in its best condition.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Your order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed. Please make sure to check all details before the order is placed and make sure they are correct.
